asthma-controlIn some situations, asthma is still life threatening, but more often, it is a quality of life issue.

Many people think that because they’re not having asthma “attacks” that their asthma is under control, but subtle signs of asthma are significant. Please take the following asthma control test, or ACT, to determine if your asthma is under control:

ACT for adults and adolescents 12 years and older

ACT for children ages 4-11

If your levels are 19 or lower, you may need additional testing or evaluation. As part of an asthma evaluation, we strive to accurately assess your asthma through lung function testing in addition to the above test as a measure of the effect asthma has on your daily activities. We want you to truly achieve your best asthma control!
